3 years after her first performance at the Paleo Festival Tracy Chapman is back again in the heart of Switzerland to perform in one of the greatest european festivals. And it’s because she performs in Locarno and the Paleo that she won’t perform at the Montreux 2009 edition. The official program will be announced on April 16.
