Tracy Chapman was among the celebs to attend the amfAR’s 10th Annual Gala in San Francisco, the Foundation for AIDS Research. This year’s annual SF Gala honored Stephen Brady of The Gap and Peter Poulos.

The event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel, guests were welcomed with a cocktail reception featuring a silent auction, dinner, live auction, and a soulful performance by pop diva Martha Wash to kick off the dancing.

  5. I was in a relationship for a very long time with a great guy. We saw Tracy live at the Vogue theatre here in Vancouver in the eighties. I miss that guy so much because he had some of the very same qualities that we all sense about Tracy…that peace and love in her heart…that aching to be loved. Every time I listen to fast cars it reminds of Dave…thank you for providing such good music and memories…love you both.

    Natalie
