Moon and Stars 2009 Tracy Chapman is back in concert in Europe this summer for a festivals tour!! She headlines two festivals so far:

– July 10, 2009 – Cactus Festival 2009, Brugge / Bruges, Belgium

– July 15, 2009 – Moon and Stars 2009, Locarno, Switzerland (8:30pm)
