Emmylou Harris is releasing a new album out on June 10, 2008: this album is a collection of covers from her favorite singer-songwriters: “I’ve always seen myself as a relentless songfinder, a singer of other people’s work whom I admire greatly, and an occasional songwriter.” It includes a cover of “All That You Have Is Your Soul”.
It’s not the first time that Emmylou Harris is bound to Tracy Chapman, Tracy had invited her to sing on the song “The Only One” on the Telling Stories album recorded in 1999.
